Hi I’m Naomi! I’m a meditation teacher, counsellor, and nutrition practitioner based in Camberwell, Melbourne. I work with women across Australia who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of the next step. I offer grounded, body-based support to help you feel more present, supported and connected to yourself.

Through meditation, counselling or nutrition coaching, my approach is gentle, practical and person-centred. I focus on helping you slow down, reconnect with your body and build clarity and confidence in a way that feels sustainable - wherever you’re starting from.

At the heart of my work is a belief in staying grounded — connected to yourself, your body and what feels sustainable in everyday life.
